2. Strict Non-Publication & Family Custody Pledge
OUR COMMITMENT: No photograph, portrait, restored digital file, or family name will ever be published on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), marketing campaigns, or our website without obtaining your prior express written consent.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your contact details and photographs are exclusively used to:
- Evaluate and diagnose photographic damage.
- Prepare and provide your formal quote.
- Execute the artisanal restoration, colorization, or framing requested.
- Send watermarked preview proofs for your inspection and approval.
- Deliver digital master files or ship physical framed art.
- Provide 6 to 12 months of secure cloud backup custody.
4. Cloud Security & Backup Retention
Digital master files are stored in isolated encrypted servers. We retain a free safety backup for 6 months (12 months for Master Reconstruction) to guard against accidental device loss, after which they can be permanently deleted upon request.
