At Restauramos Fotos we are committed to cultural and family heritage conservation. All of our restoration and colorization processes are performed strictly digitally on high-resolution digitized files.
Physical Integrity Guarantee: We never apply chemicals, solvents, adhesives, or mechanical alterations directly to your original physical photograph. Your original physical heirloom print remains completely safe and untouched.
3. Free Diagnosis and Ordering Process
- Free Evaluation: Initial damage analysis and quote provided via WhatsApp or in person at our studio is 100% free with no obligation.
- Sample Approval Policy: For digital restoration projects, clients receive a preliminary digital sample with a protective watermark to review and approve before paying.
- Adjustment Rounds: We include reasonable adjustments to fine-tune tones, contrast, clothing hues, or eye details based on family memories.
4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing
- Currency: All prices on our website are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN).

7. Photos Stuck to Glass & Studio Custody
If a client brings or ships a vintage photo stuck to frame glass due to humidity, they agree not to attempt to peel it off at home. At our León studio, optical digitization is performed through the glass to prevent irreversible emulsion loss.

Due to the individualized, handcrafted nature of custom digital photo restoration, clients have the guarantee of reviewing a digital sample before final payment. Once the work is approved and full-resolution unwatermarked files are delivered, the service is deemed completed and final.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
